Contact
Every page here is generated from open data, so the most useful thing you can send us is a correction — a fee that has changed, a journal that has moved publisher, a figure that does not match the source.
help@biomedicalpublications.com
One address, read by a person. We aim to reply within five working days.
For a faster reply than email. Same person, same scope — we still cannot forward manuscripts or waive a fee on a journal’s behalf.
Corrections to journal data
Include the journal page URL and, where you can, a link to the publisher page or registry record that shows the correct figure. Corrections that can be verified against a public source are applied at the next data refresh; see methodology for how figures are derived and data sources for where they come from.
What we cannot help with
- We are not a publisher. We do not accept manuscripts, run peer review, or forward submissions to journals.
- We cannot ask a journal to waive or reduce a fee on your behalf. The waiver guide explains how to apply directly.
- We do not accept payment for inclusion, ranking, or the removal of unfavourable data. See the disclosure.
Press and data licensing
Use the same address and say which it is. Underlying journal metadata comes from OpenAlex (CC0) and DOAJ; the licensing terms on data sources govern reuse.
Legal notices
Formal notices, including takedown requests, should be sent to the same address and will be handled under the terms of use.
Who maintains this site is described on the about page.
